 | Marketing Traditional Games to the Younger Consumer |
There is a younger generation of consumers with entirely new and different lifestyles, motivations, and concepts of entertainment and recreation. Public Gaming has asked for input on strategies being developed for marketing to this younger generation.

 | Legal Issues Surrounding Advertising of Scratch Game Odds |
Lotteries are being sued for not publishing the changing odds for a scratch game. This would seem to be an ongoing and pervasive difficulty, as the advertised odds relate to the game as it begins, odds that change with each play and win. Public Gaming asked for feedback from Bill Murray, Deputy Director and General Counsel for the New York Lottery.

The Arkansas Racing Commission on Thursday approved the addition of keno to the electronic gambling games that can be run at Southland Gaming and Racing in West Memphis, agreeing that the version of the game involves the use of some skill.
